About Sports Massage
Sports Massage is a thorough and effective therapy for anyone suffering with chronic pain, injury orrange-of motion issues.
Established since 1997, Jane offers a comprehensive treatment, releasing muscle tension and restoring balance to the musculo-skeletal system. She aims to improve the suppleness and flexibility of muscles and joints, improve blood circulation, speed up the healing of damaged or stressed muscles, tissues and joints, re-model or breakdown scar tissue and prevent future muscle and tendon injuries.
Regular massage has long been recognised as an essential aid to the sports person, enhancing performance, improving the quality and quantity of training as well as helping to recover more quickly after training sessions.
Now appreciated for its healing qualities to people in all walks of life, Jane excels at reducing or eliminating all kinds of muscle tensions, easing joints, relieving back or neck pain, re-establishing good postural habits, treating soft tissue injuries and hence encourages relaxation.
Not wishing to exclude the elderly or housebound from its powerful effects, Jane offers a treatment that will ease out stiff or arthritic joints, stretch out tight muscles and impart a feeling of general wellbeing.
